Guard De’Angelo Hall laid in an easy basket off of a steal with 2:16 remaining Friday night, completing a 31-9 run that powered Lancaster past Dallas South Oak Cliff, 82-77, in the first of two Class 4A Region II semifinals at Culwell Center.

The Tigers (30-4) on Saturday meet the winner of the second game: Dallas Kimball versus Mansfield Summit.

The Golden Bears (27-7) held a 61-41 lead at one point midway through the third quarter and entered the final quarter with a 65-47 lead.

Kaelon Wilson had 21 points and Elijah Thomas had 17 to lead Lancaster.
