I have noticed some redevelopment in the city of Keller lately, old buildings taken down for new projects, which is great to bring new business in the area. Yet, is it an industry standard that every micron of vegetation— trees, bushes, plants, grass — are completely obliterated to get ready for the new projects?

I understand not every tree or bush can be saved for a new project, but many of those lots appear to be completely wiped clean of any life at all.

Progress I guess.
