I just received a Vote-by-Mail Application in the mail. The post card that I am to fill out and mail back gives my name, address, phone number and date of birth.

With all the things we are reading about identity theft I think they should send a card that needs be returned in an envelope rather one that can be read by anyone who sees the card? I will be sending mine back inside a sealed envelope.
