Justice of the Peace courts provide an inexpensive process for individuals and businesses to resolve truancy, landlord/tenant and other civil matters. These claims and causes require expert knowledge of the law.

So, whom would you prefer to make a decision affecting your child or your financial future: A knowledgeable attorney or someone who does not have a legal education? Decisions made by a JP may be appealed to the County Court and then your “cost” will become a financial burden.

I support Tom Corbin for JP Precinct 7, a licensed attorney and a strong community and business leader who is committed to the administration of impartial justice.

If you experience the stress of being a party to litigation, you want a knowledgeable impartial judge. I have known Tom Corbin for 20 years and he is an impartial, knowledgeable, respectful judge who will protect your legal rights.
