The Texas Department of Transportation will be installing flashing yellow arrow signals at several intersections on Hwy. 26 beginning in mid-January. Flashing yellow arrows are the new nationwide standard for a driver to yield to oncoming traffic to turn left, and will be phased in to replace circular green signals for left turns.
