December 19

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Four T-shirts, socks, lounging pants, three pairs of black pants, three pairs of leggings, a sweatshirt, six cardigans, four shirts, two pairs of pajamas, a pair of bootie slippers, two pairs of jeans, a pair of athletic pants, mouth wash, a 12-pack of Budweiser beer, a make-up case, head bands, two necklaces, two blouses, two tunics, four tank tops, cosmetics, a package of disposable cups, three Christmas gift bags, two rolls of Christmas wrapping paper and two Christmas ornaments worth $637.16 were stolen from a retail store and recovered.

Fairhaven Drive, 1200 block: A blue and white boy’s bike worth $400 was stolen from a single-family residence, and barium sulfate found on the property was confiscated by police.

Continental, 1700 block: Two individuals were arrested for possession of greater than five pounds of marijuana in a drug-free zone.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: An individual was arrested for theft of property.

Breckenridge Road, 1500 block: A burglar damaged the driver’s side window of a dark gray 2003 Chevy 2500 parked at a hotel, and seven items of children’s clothing, four Visa gift cards and 40 music CDs were stolen, totaling $1,280 in loss.

N. Texas 360, 1400 block: The passenger side window of a tan 2002 Toyota Tacoma was damaged at an apartment complex and a radar detector was stolen, totaling $350 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: A coat, a pair of pants and a padded bra worth $54.98 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: 2.730 grams of methamphetamine, drug equipment, paraphernalia, syringes, $721 in cash, a handgun and ammunition were seized into evidence, a vehicle was impounded and an individual was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

December 20

Prairieview Drive, 700 block: A glass storm door, a mailbox and metal pole and a light switch plate and drywall were damaged at a single-family residence in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $600 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Chocolate candy, body lotion, a teeth whitening kit, lip balm and hygiene products worth $43.82 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft.

N. U.S. 287, 900 block: Food, beer, dog food, antifreeze and cigarettes were stolen from a retail store, totaling $297.20 in loss.

N. Walnut Creek, 900 block: Two Christmas DVDs, a Bible DVD, Fast and Furious 6 on DVD, Predator on DVD, two flower hair clips, rolling luggage, two pair of socks, headbands, rubber bands and a woman’s ring worth $109.92 were stolen and recovered at a retail store, and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

Merritt Drive, 1600 block: Windows and auto body parts of a silver 2004 Nissan Sentra were damaged with a blunt instrument at a single-family residence, totaling $650 in loss.

Turnberry Drive, 800 block: An individual was arrested for solicitation without a permit at a residence.

S. Wisteria Street, 100 block: An individual was arrested for theft.

December 21

E. Broad Street, 3200 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with drugs.

Spring Lake Parkway, 4600 block: A burglar forcibly entered a single-family residence by breaking windows in a back door, and a handgun, a shoulder holster, a bullet-proof vest, a Buckle gift card, a girl’s bike, a bottle of Grey Goose vodka and a bottle of Pinnacle vodka were stolen, totaling $1,835 in loss.

Matlock Road, 2900 block: Sliced strawberries, cheese, pineapple juice, two shopping bags, corn tortillas, coffee, Tony Roma’s ribs, Earl Campbell hot links, six fire logs, two loaves of bread, three foil roasters, three popcorn tins, a package of cookies, two packages of daiquiri mix and a carton of milk were stolen, and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

Clover Hill Road, 1500 block: An individual was arrested for solicitation without a permit at a residence.

Westminster Lane, 1000 block: An individual was arrested for solicitation without a permit at a residence.

N. U.S. 287, 1000 block: 3.070 grams of non-crack cocaine, 12.93 grams of marijuana, and paraphernalia were seized, a vehicle was impounded and two individuals were arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

FM 157, 1200 block: A vehicle in poor condition was impounded and a cell phone was seized in an incident involving damage to a sign, totaling $100 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 1000 block: An individual was arrested for driving without a driver’s license.

December 22

W. Debbie Lane, 500 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Ping Drive, 4100 block: A burglar unlawfully entered a blue 2003 Nissan Altima parked at a single-family residence, and cash, two bank checks and 34 gift cards were stolen, totaling $367 in loss.

S. U.S. 287, 5400 block: A vehicle was impounded and prescription medications were seized and an individual was arrested in an incident involving possession of a dangerous drug and driving while intoxicated.

Hope Town Drive, 1700 block: A woman’s gold ring was found abandoned at a single-family residence and was picked up by police for safekeeping.

Matlock Road, 1900 block: A vehicle was found abandoned and was impounded.

December 23

S. U.S. 287, 100 block: Necklaces, earrings and bracelets worth $252 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

December 24

N. Willow Street, 100 block: White and red underwear and a gray Old Navy sweatshirt were found abandoned in a field.

St. Eric Drive, 800 block: An individual was arrested for speeding.

Odyssey Lane, 200 block: A red 1997 Honda Accord worth $1,700 was stolen from a single-family residence and recovered.

Fern Drive, 1500 block: The license plates and motor vehicle registration sticker were stolen from a silver 2011 Hyundai Sonata parked at a single-family residence.

Kings Way Drive, 300 block: An individual was arrested for speeding, 50 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone.

Windcastle Drive, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

December 25

Kings Way, 300 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

E. Broad Street, 3800 block: A vehicle was impounded and an individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated for the second time.

December 26

E. Debbie Lane, 1500 block: An individual was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Matlock Road, 2800 block: An individual was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
