About the Stars: Dallas lost to Toronto 3-2 in overtime Thursday, despite a whopping 50-24 advantage in shots on goal. ... Defenseman Trevor Daley suffered a lower body injury “that looks like it’s going to be a little bit of time,” coach Lindy Ruff said, via the Stars’ website. The Stars were already missing veteran D Stephane Robidas, who broke his leg last week. ... Forward Tyler Seguin, who leads Dallas in goals (12), returned Thursday night after a concussion.

About the Flyers: This is the Flyers’ first time in Dallas since Dec. 21, 2011, the last time the clubs met. ...
