If you are ultra-wealthy, it seems that you can do pretty much whatever you want.

On Monday, a billionaire who lives in Parker County had all records expunged of a 2011 arrest where a trooper suspected drunken driving. (See Wednesday story, “Alice Walton’s arrest erased in Parker Co.”)

Shockingly, the trooper was suspended from duty in March and thus was not able to testify.

In 1998, this billionaire was convicted of drunken driving in Springdale, Ark. In 1989, she was found not at fault in the death of a pedestrian walking in the roadway.

Moral: If you are in law enforcement and you “accidentally” pull over a billionaire, pray for his/her forgiveness, and be on your way!
