Roanoke

Arts Council Northeast and the City of Roanoke welcome the public to Holiday Hams, a free concert from 7-8:30 p.m. Dec. 7 at the Roanoke Recreation Center, 501 Roanoke Road.

The Holiday Hams mix audience participation with fun seasonal songs, music celebrities and cartoon characters and add in everyday holiday pop culture humor.

Trophy Club

The Town is collecting food for the Roanoke Food Pantry. Residents can drop off food through Dec. 31 at: Municipal Building/Police Department, 100 Municipal Drive, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday; Fire Department, 295 Trophy Club Drive, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday-Saturday.

Also, toy donations for the Toys for Tots drive can be dropped off through Dec. 15 at Municipal Building/Police Department, Fire DepartmentTrophy Club Country Club, or TrueMedicine, 2800 E. Texas 114, Suite 130.
