Nuggets at Mavericks

7:30 p.m. Monday, American Airlines Center, Dallas

TV: FSSW Radio: ESPN/103.3 FM

Records: Nuggets 6-6, Mavericks 9-5

About the Nuggets: They have a little swagger now that they’ve won five consecutive home games and five of their last seven overall. That includes Saturday’s 102-100 home win over Dallas thanks to a game-winning 3-point basket by Randy Foye with 1:11 left. Foye finished with 17 points and five rebounds. ... The Nuggets also stepped up defensively, making four stops in the final 54 seconds against the Mavericks. ... Ty Lawson had 20 points and nine assists against the Mavs and got to the free-throw line 14 times. ... Kenneth Faried, the Nuggets’ resident energizer bunny, was 7-of-7 from the field and had 18 points, 14 rebounds and two blocks in Saturday’s game.

About the Mavericks: They will be out to avenge Saturday’s loss to the Nuggets in Denver. ... The Mavs are 49-26 all-time against the Nuggets in games played in Dallas. ... Dirk Nowitzki (27 points, nine rebounds) and Monta Ellis (25 points, six boards) did most of the damage Saturday. ... Newcomer DeJuan Blair continued to be a force off the bench as he provided eight points, 10 rebounds and two steals in Saturday’s loss. ... Vince Carter had 23 points in the previous three games combined, but scored 16 against the Nuggets, including 4-of-5 from 3-point range.
