Wind symphony plans concert

The Mansfield Wind Symphony hosts a pre-holiday concert at 7 p.m. Nov. 17 at St. John Lutheran Church, 1218 E. Debbie Lane. Selections will include “But Joy Comes” by William Owens, “Toccata Marziale” by R. Vaughan Williams, “Gandalf” by Johan de Meij, “Florentiner March” by Julius Fucik, “Christmas Lights” arr. by Chris Sharp, “The Black Horse Troop” by John Philip Sousa, “Silent Night in Gotham” by Franz Gruber and “A Christmas Festival” by Leroy Anderson. William Owens is the director.

Admission is free and the event is open to the public.
