There were many great high school football peformances for Week 9. Here’s your chance to tell us who has earned dfwVarsity Player of the Week honors. Voting ends at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Arlington Seguin QB Kelton Moore rushed for 231 yards and 3 touchdowns and passed for 186 yards an another score in the Cougars 51-37 win against Lake Ridge.

Arlington S Jacob Nwangwa, in the Colts 24-21 win against Arlington Bowie, recorded a team-high 12 tackles, including 1 tackle for loss, 1 interception, and caused 1 fumble.

FW South Hills QB Tracin Wallace passed for 236 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 154 and two scores to lead the Scorpions past the Cougars 56-28.

Burleson QB Isaiah Hall passed for 275 yards and 4 TDs and rushed for 87 yards and another score as the Elks beat Joshua, 41-7.

FW Arlington Heights LB Matthew Gordon recorded 10 solo tackles, 5 assisted tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 3 sacks, and 1 QB pressure in the Yellow Jackets’ playoff-clinching 47-35 defeat of FW Southwest.

All Saints QB Foster Sawyer passed for 270 yards and 6 TDs in the Saints 49-27 SPC semifinal win against Houston St. John’s.
