Cowboys defensive line: Patchwork group did it again. Nick Hayden led the way with six tackles, one tackle for loss and a fumble recovery for a touchdown. George Selvie had three tackles, a sack and forced the fumble that Hayden recovered for the score. Everette Brown, who was signed last week, had two tackles, a sack and forced a fumble.

Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and receiver Dwayne Harris: Romo completed six of nine passes on the game-winning 90-yard drive. He finished with 337 passing yards, two touchdowns and one interception while being victimized by drops all afternoon. Harris had only two catches, but both were on the final drive. He had a 6-yard catch and the game-winning 7-yard touchdown with 35 seconds left. He added two special teams tackles and a 31-yard kickoff return.

Cowboys cornerback Orlando Scandrick and linebacker Sean Lee: Scandrick was the most visible in the secondary with four passes defensed, five tackles and one interception. Lee had nine tackles, including a fourth down, red zone tackle with Nick Hayden in the second quarter.

Vikings running back Adrian Peterson: Punishing runner finished with 25 carries for 140 yards and an 11-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter.
