Arlington police have arrested a man they suspect is responsible for multiple vehicle burglaries in Arlington and nearby cities.

Kori Ogdie, 26, of Kennedale, was sought for allegedly breaking into nearly a dozen vehicles, “often targeting numerous vehicles overnight,” said Tiara Ellis Richard, Arlington police spokeswoman.

“Some of the criminal offenses were reported in a residential neighborhood near Little School Road and Treepoint Drive in southwest Arlington,” Richard said in a news release.

Richard issued a press release at about 2 p.m. Friday stating “multiple felony warrants” had been issued for Ogdie. He was taken into custody by 5 p.m.
