Robbery detectives are seeking a 25- to 30-year-old man who has robbed the Valero gas station at 6700 Crowley Road four times in the past month.

The first two robberies were reported at 4:40 a.m. Sept. 22 and 10:50 p.m. Sept. 29. The other two occurred Oct. 11 — one at 1:50 a.m., the other at about 10 p.m., police records say.

“The suspect drives a light blue ’90s model Toyota Camry four-door,” Sgt. Kelly Peel said in a news release. He then approaches the store on foot from the north and enters.

The man displays an unknown type of handgun wrapped in a dark bandana and demands money from the clerk, Peel said.

He has a “medium” build and stands about 5 feet 5 to 5 feet 9 inches tall. He also has a light mustache and beard and was wearing a sweatshirt or long-sleeve T-shirt in most of the heists, Peel said.

Anyone with information about the man or the robberies can call robbery detectives at 817-392-4380 or Crime Stoppers at 817-469-8477. Crime Stoppers callers can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a $1,000 reward if their tip helps solve the case.
