There were many great high school football peformances for the third week of October. Here’s your chance to tell us who has earned dfwVarsity Player of the Week honors. Voting ends at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Colleyville Heritage WR Brett Bofinger caught 9 passes for 137 yards and 3 TDs in a 42-0 win at Irving.

Carroll QB Ryan Agnew completed 18 of 19 passes for 315 yards passing and 5 touchdowns in the Dragons 63-14 win against Justin Northwest. He also a rushed for 143 yards on 6 carries, with a touchdown.

Arlington LB Ced Jones recorded 13 tackles, 2 for loss, with 1 interception and 1 quarterback pressure in the Colts 48-24 win against Arlington Sam Houston.

Nolan Catholic RB Luke Alves rushed for 284 yards and 3 TDs in a 34-24 win against Dallas Bishop Lynch.

Mansfield LB Justin Middleton intercepted two passes and returned one 18 yards for a touchdown in the Tigers 35-24 win at Duncanville.
