Mansfield apartments acquired by California investors and renamed

The Broadstone Ashwood apartments at 1701 Towne Crossing Blvd. in Mansfield have been acquired by a California real estate investment trust and renamed The Landing at Mansfield.

The 336-unit property was one of three communities recently purchased for $96.9 million by Steadfast Income. The acquisition also included communities in Nashville and Houston.

The Landing at Mansfield consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom units with average monthly rent of $891.


1398 W. Mayfield Road, Arlington

Showcase Realty DFW has leased 1,300 square feet of office space. Eric English of English Realty represented the landlord, Moohan Management. Tony Schifano of Schifano Realty represented the tenant.

Webb Ferrell Road near Debbie Lane, Arlington

Word of Truth Family Church has bought 5.8 acres from PE Parker Ministries. Tom Ritter of Ritter and Associates represented the buyer.

1000 Commercial Blvd., Arlington

NCF Investments has bought a 36,000-square-foot industrial building from CSL Equities. Mark Sullivan of Ritter and Associates represented the buyer. James Blake of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller.

1490 SW Wilshire Blvd, Burleson

RIP Empire, which has batting cages, field exercises and specialized baseball tutoring, has leased 11,600 square feet. Dawn Gazaway-Potthoff of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT brokered the deal.

500 Taylor St., Fort Worth

Title Boxing Club, which offers women and men a workout program, has leased 6,000 square feet in the Tower Annex Building. Shelley Taylor of the Retail Connection represented the landlord, Throckmorton Properties II. Gordon Atkinson of the Weitzman Group represented the tenant.

2710 Regency Drive, Grand Prairie

Sigmatex Inc. leased 32,982 square feet of industrial space. Joe Rudd of Transwestern represented the tenant.

Little School Road and Potomac Parkway, Kennedale

Precision Health Management has bought 2.4 acres from Johann and Judy VanBeest. Mark Sullivan of Ritter and Associates represented the seller.

1164 Matlock Road, Mansfield

Mansfield Park Facilities Development Corp. has bought 8.6 acres from Larry and Sandra Jay. Tom Ritter of Ritter and Associates represented the seller.
