Kansas and Oklahoma State have been picked to win the Big 12 men’s basketball title.

The Jayhawks have one of the top incoming freshman classes in the nation, including Andrew Wiggins, the consensus No. 1 recruit. They also return sophomore Perry Ellis and junior Naadir Tharpe. Kansas has won nine consecutive outright or shared Big 12 regular season crowns.

Oklahoma State returns four starters, including Marcus Smart, last season’s Big 12 Player of the Year.

TCU, which finished last in its first Big 12 season, is picked to finish last again.

Baylor and Iowa State were picked third and fourth, while Kansas State and Oklahoma tied for fifth.

TCU opens the season Nov. 8 against SMU at the American Airlines Center.
