September 20

N. U.S. 287, 2000 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

N. U.S. 287, 900 block: A multi-pack of Bounty paper towels was stolen from a grocery store, totaling $19.47 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 2000 block: The front and rear passenger windows of a red 2013 Hyundai Sonata were damaged in an incident of criminal mischief, totaling $1,000 in loss.

E. Debbie Lane, 1500 block: The windows of a black 2009 Honda Civic and a maroon 1999 Subaru Outback parked at a gym were damaged by a burglar, and a library card, assorted credit cards, a Texas driver’s license, a Coach purse, a AAA card, a gym bag, a tablet computer, a pair of pants, a collared shirt, an AT&T employee ID and keys were stolen, totaling $4,354.48 in loss.

N. Main Street, 2000 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

W. Debbie Lane, 700 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Hodges Place, 2100 block: An incident involving assault by contact was reported.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: An Apple digital adapter cord and an Apple lightning adapter cord worth $69.98 were stolen from a retail store and recovered, and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

Matlock Road, 3000 block: An unattended tan 2007 Chevy Tahoe was struck in a parking lot by another vehicle that did not stop, totaling $800 in loss.

Matlock Road, 3000 block: Three Social Security cards, a wallet, currency, two Texas driver’s licenses, a necklace, two debit cards and several receipts were stolen from a store, totaling $142 in loss, and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

Valleyview Drive, 4600 block: An injured person was reported.

Oxford Drive, 1400 block: An unattended red 2012 Hyundai Elantra parked at a single-family residence was struck by a vehicle that did not stop, totaling $200 in loss.

September 22

E. Dallas Street, 700 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Turner Warnell Road, 100 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Addison Court, 100 block: A burglar entered a blue 2008 Chevy Equinox parked in a parking lot, and a purse and an iPad were stolen, totaling $420 in loss.

S. Main Street, 300 block: An individual was arrested for an inspection violation.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Two types of eyeliner, a brow liner, mascara, foundation, eyeshadow and a head wrap worth $56.43 were stolen from a retail store and recovered, and two individuals were arrested for theft of property.

N. Main Street, 200 block: An individual was arrested for speeding.

Matlock Road, 3100 block: A burglar forcibly entered a car wash by breaking glass in a rear door, and a safe and currency were stolen, totaling $2,350 in loss.

September 23

FM 917, 2700 block: An incident of harassment was reported.

Broad Street, 1500 block: Office equipment was damaged and a burglar stole eight Texas MVI motorcycle stickers, 10 Texas MVI emissions-only stickers, 44 Texas MVI OVD stickers and 33 Texas MIV G-stickers, totaling $1,268.75 in loss.

McDonald Lane, 2000 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

S. U.S. 287, 100 block: Four men’s dress shirts, five t-shirts, a pair of tennis shoes, two pairs of shorts and 3 Nike t-shirts worth $504 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

FM 1187, 1200 block: A small baggie of marijuana and a marijuana pipe were seized, a vehicle in bad condition was impounded, and an individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Columbia Drive, 1100 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with drugs.

E. Broad Street, 3200 block: A license plate was stolen from a vehicle at a gas station, totaling $50 in loss.

Hillcrest Street, 400 block: An individual was arrested for violating a bond or protective order.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for theft of property.

CR 423, 4300 block: An incident involving tampering with identification numbes on personal property was reported.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: A four-pack of mechanical pencils, a package of Papermate Clear Point mechanical pencils, packages of mechanical pencil lead refills, four Halo Armory game pieces, a pair of earbud headphones, two Post-it pads, three packages of gum, two XBox 12-month gift cards and three XBox Point cards worth $166.02 were stolen from a retail store and recovered.

Little Creek Drive, 700 block: An individual was arrested for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Two sweaters, a pair of pants, four skirts and a sweater dress worth $202.94 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

N. Holland Extension, 700 block: The side windows of a blue 2006 Honda Civic were damaged in a parking lot, and a backpack, headphones, a wallet, a Texas driver’s license, a debit card, a pharmacy tech license card, books and two spiral notebooks were stolen, totaling $560 in loss.

September 25

E. Dallas Street, 1300 block: A burglar forcibly entered an apartment by damaging a door, and two Social Security cards, a birth certificate, two U.S. Passports, a check book, currency, a necklace, two pairs of earrings and a brooch were stolen, totaling $996 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 1300 block: A white 2005 Isuzu box truck was burglarized in a parking lot, and a red backpack leaf blower, an orange leaf blower and an edger were stolen, totaling $3,300 in loss.

Country Club Drive, 1100 block: A window of a white 2010 Chevy Silverado parked in a parking lot was shattered, and a Toshiba laptop was stolen, totaling $900 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 700 block: The rear window of a beige 2001 Nissan Xterra was damaged at a city park, and a laptop, a laptop case and documents were stolen, totaling $574 in loss.

S. Main Street, 400 block: A burglar forcibly entered a laundry room at an apartment complex, and a door and a Speed Queen coin-operated washer were damaged, totaling $300 in loss.

September 26

N. Texas 360, 100 block: The frame of a Suzuki motorcycle that had been stolen was recovered in a field.

S. Buffalo, 200 block: An individual was arrested for unauthorized use of an automobile, and a second individual was arrested for theft of an automobile.

Foster Court, 100 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for aggravated assault causing bodily injury with a knife.

CR 805, 900 block: An incident involving tampering with identification numbers on personal property was reported.

Matlock Road, 3200 block: Copper, bronze or aluminum materials were stolen from a construction site, totaling $500 in loss.

Matlock Road, 3100 block: $100 was stolen from a restaurant.

September 27

N. Texas 360, 1200 block: Seven Alprazolam tablets were seized, a vehicle was impounded and an individual was arrested for the possession of a controlled substance.

Gertie Barrett Road, 2500 block: An individual was arrested for speeding.

N. Miller Road, 300 block: .770 grams of methamphetamine was seized, a vehicle in poor condition was impounded, and an individual was arrested for the possession of a controlled substance.

2nd Avenue, 1200 block: An incident involving the fraudulent use or possession of identifying items was reported.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: A coat and a long-sleeved shirt worth $69.98 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

FM 157, 1800 block: An individual was arrested for driving with a blood alcohol level greater than or equal to .15.

Windcastle Drive. 2100 block: A leaf blower was stolen from a black trailer parked on a street, totaling $425 in loss.

Ridge Trace Circle, 3200 block: An incident involving sexual indecency with a child was reported.

September 28

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1700 block: A vehicle was impounded and an individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

N. U.S. 287, 1400 block: An individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Springfield Street, 1000 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

FM 157, 1900 block: A burglar forcibly entered a rental storage business and a homemade landscape trailer, a 3000 gallon power washer and eight lawn mowers were stolen, totaling $19,335 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: A burglar forcibly entered a specialty store, and an iPhone 4, six iPhone 3’s, ten iPods of various types, five iPod Touch devices, two Samsung Galaxy tablet, three iPads, an XBox 360, twenty-six DS gaming systems, three Wii gaming systems, a PlayStation 3, a PlayStation 3 Core Package, five PlayStation vita wifi and 3G systems, a Kindle Fire electronic reader, eight Google Nexus devices, a Nabi tablet, a Nvidia Sheild 16 GB, an iPod shuffle, two pairs of Beats headphones, three pairs of character headphones and two pairs of Universal stereo headphones were stolen, totaling $7,591.64 in loss.

Hillcrest Street, 200 block: A burglar damaged a deadbolt and stole drugs from a single-family residence, totaling $340 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 2000 block: A blue 2007 Honda Accord in good condition was stolen from a parking lot, totaling $10,000 in loss.

S. U.S. 287, 100 block: Four t-shirts, five pairs of hoop earrings, two bracelets, a pair of cross earrings, a pair of shorts, five items of underwear, two sports bras and two perfumes worth $324.95 were stolen from a retail store and recovered, an individual was arrested for theft of property, and a vehicle was released to a secondary party.

W. Broad Street, 1000 block: Rebar steel worth $332.44 was stolen from a construction site and recovered, an individual was arrested for theft of property and a vehicle was impounded

Carlin Road, 200 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

September 29

Live Oak Drive, 300 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol, and an incident involving terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury was reported.

FM 157, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for driving with an invalid driver’s license, and a second individual was arrested for not having a driver’s license.

E. Dallas Street, 1300 block: An individual was arrested for disobeying a traffic device.

Kings Way Drive, 300 block: A Cutco six piece Kitchen Tool Tet, a Cutco three piece Bake n’ Serve set, a Cutco Fisherman’s Solution knife, and a Cutco Ultimate Kitchen Set were stolen from a single-family residence, totaling $2,868 in loss.

N. Holland Road, 1900 block: An individual was arrested for assault on a security officer.

Prescott Drive, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for disregarding a traffic control device.

Hillary Trail, 2400 block: A red 2005 Nissan Sentra was vandalized at a single-family residence in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $350 in loss.

Hillcrest Street, 600 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

September 30

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: A burglar unlawfully entered the side door of a business, and a hydraulic knockout set, a band saw, a power drill, a power saw, a hand set knockout wrench and assorted hand tools were stolen, totaling $4,040 in loss.

Aspen Lane, 1000 block: A burglar entered a tan 2007 Chevy Suburban parked at a single-family residence, and a speaker box and two amplifiers were stolen, totaling $2,275 in loss.

October 1

Vinewood Drive, 1300 block: An individual was arrested for not having a driver’s license.

Matlock Road, 3200 block: 600 feet of copper was stolen from a construction site, totaling $1,000 in loss.

Chaparral Trail, 2300 block: A white 2010 Mercedes C300 was stolen from a parking lot, totaling $25,000 in loss.

Rocky Creek Drive, 3000 block: An incident involving a terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury was reported at a single-family residence.

FM 157, 1200 block: A burglar forcibly entered a laundromat by damaging the door, five coin-operated machines were damaged, a cash register, and hand tools and currency were stolen, totaling $930 in loss.

October 2

Ft Worth Street, 600 block: An individual was arrested for an incident involving assault causing bodily injury.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: An individual was arrested for an incident involving theft of property.

October 3

E. Dallas Street, 1300 block: An individual was arrested for failure to display a driver’s license.

Sayers Drive, 300 block: A burglar unlawfully entered a single-family residence, and a Panasonic plasma TV and an XBox gaming system were stolen, totaling $1,800 in loss.

E. Broad Street, 2700 block: A blue 2003 Kia Spectra was impounded after being found abandoned on the main-traveled part of the roadway.

Holland Road, 900 block: A gold 2007 Chevy Blazer was burglarized in a parking lot, and a Coach purse, a pair of Coach sunglasses, currency, a checkbook, keys to another vehicle, and a pharmacy technician ID card were stolen, totaling $750 in loss.
