August 29

Cotton Drive, 200 block: A burglar unlawfully entered a single-family residence, and an LG television and a sound bar were stolen, totaling $1,799.99 in loss.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: Two incidents involving tampering with identification numbers on personal property were reported.

N. Texas 360, 300 block: Lumber and a black 2006 flat-bed trailer were stolen from a construction site, totaling $24,000 in loss.

August 30

Cowtown Drive, 1600 block: A burglar entered an unlocked single-family residence, and an XBox 360 gaming system, XBox 360 games, a Samsung washer and dryer, a Nintendo DS gaming system with a protective cover, 40 Nintendo DS games, and currency were stolen, totaling $3,610 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 2000 block: An incident involving the forgery of a financial instrument was reported at a retail store when an individual attempted to use a counterfeit traveler’s check.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

Morgan Road, 300 block: An incident involving cruelty to non-lifestock animals through a failure to provide for them was reported.

Wiseman Avenue, 2000 block: An incident involving the manual delivery of a controlled substance was reported.

FM 917, 2000 block: A individual was arrested for driving while a driver’s license was invalid.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

August 31

Grayhawk Drive, 1300 block: An incident involving criminal mischief was reported.

Turner Warnell Road, 300 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

E. Broad Street, 1600 block: Two purses were found abandoned at a convenience store.

FM 157, 1700 block: An an individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for assault by contact.

Hillcrest Street, 400 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury for the second time within 12 months.

Heritage Parkway, 500 block: The window of a black 2013 GMC Sierra was damaged in a parking lot by a burglar, and a Walmart credit card, a driver’s license, a Social Security card, a Sears credit card, a Visa card and a bank debit card were stolen, totaling $500 in loss.

FM 157, 1500 block: A white 1999 Ford F-350 pickup was burglarized in a parking lot, and a black purse containing currency, a Texas driver’s license, a Social Security card, check books, an American Express credit card, a Kohl’s credit card and a white and gold diamond cross necklace was stolen, totaling $1,270 in loss.

September 1

Matlock Road, 2800 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury more than twice in 12 months.

Ft. Edward Drive, 300 block: An incident involving an individual who escaped while arrested or confined for a felony was reported.

E. Debbie Lane, 200 block: An incident involving fraudulent use or possession of identifying items and theft of property was reported at an apartment complex, and a silver metallic wallet containing an identification card, a driver’s license, an American Express card, two Visa cards and currency was stolen, totaling $258 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 1600 block: Lumber was stolen from a construction site, totaling $350 in loss.

Pleasant Ridge Court, 700 block: An individual was arrested for disregarding a stop sign.

Forest Park Circle, 2300 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

Dorchester Lane, 600 block: A gray 2013 Toyota Camry was vandalized in an incident involving criminal mischief at a single-family residence, totaling $400 in loss.

September 2

Country Meadow Court, 200 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Heritage Parkway S., 100 block: An incident involving an injured person was reported.

Manchester Drive, 800 block: A black 2001 Nissan Pathfinder was stolen from a single-family residence, totaling $2,448 in loss.

N. Holland Road, 900 block: A burglar damaged the windows of a black 2013 Ford F-150 parked at a city park, and currency, a Texas driver’s license, a debit card, a credit card and two iPhone 4S cell phones were stolen, totaling $1,650 in loss, and a pair of shorts and a wallet worth $20 were stolen and recovered.

Chandi Court, 4500 block: A brick mailbox and a light cover were damaged by a vehicle whose driver did not remain on the scene, totaling $800 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 1700 block: A silver 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer was damaged in an incident where an individual was involved in disorderly conduct, abusing or threatening others.

September 3

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for criminal mischief.

Mansfield Highway, 7900 block: Copper wire worth $69 was stolen and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of materials.

Grimsley Gibson Road, 7700 block: A flat-bed trailer worth $1,500 was recovered and an incident involving insurance fraud was reported at a construction site.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Seventeen purses, a small lamp, light bulbs, five bug lights, an XBox controller, a package of socks, two packages of underwear, a PS3 Bluetooth headset, a Microsoft wireless headset, Energizer batteries, a baby camera/monitor system, five sets of curtain panels, a package of disposable gloves, five necklaces, nine rings, a bracelet, two plastic boxes, two oil jugs, 10 cleaning brushes, eight carpet cleaner products, two Scotchguard fabric protectors, five curtain rods, two bottles of Clorox cleaning product, a suitcase, a Hoover stick vacuum, an LED spotlight, a package of washcloths, a wireless door chime, a Sony PlayStation charger, a computer mouse, a pair of Sketchers shoes, a package of forks and spoons, a cabinet in a box, an XBox chat pad with a headset, three pairs of woman’s shorts, five woman’s shirts, two purple towels, two packages of fabric softener, 10 perfumes, a blue plastic box, a toilet brush and three packages of Tide laundry detergent pods were seized; two purses, six bras, six pairs of underwear, two shirts, a basket, two cosmetic bags, two fragrances, and 10 perfumes worth $938.08 were stolen and recovered, a vehicle was impounded, and an individual was arrested at a retail store for theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions.

September 4

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An injured person was reported.

Hidden Creek Drive, 1000 block: Two tires of a tan 1997 Toyota Camry were vandalized in an incident involving criminal mischief at a single-family residence, totaling $100 in loss, and Zigzag rolling papers were taken into evidence.

N. U.S. 287, 1600 block: The passenger window of a Chevy 1500 was vandalized in an incident involving criminal mischief at a hotel, totaling $400 in loss.

September 5

Bergen Lane, 1300 block: An individual was arrested for assault impeding breathing or circulation.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for theft of property.

N. U.S. 287, 1900 block: An individual was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a second individual was arrested for failure to identify a fugitive or intent to give false information.

Matlock Road, 3000 block: A gray 2010 Honda Accord parked at a store was damaged by another vehicle whose driver did not stop, totaling $900 in loss.

Hillcrest Street, 400 block: An individual was arrested for aggravated assault with a firearm.

Sentry. Drive, 200 block: A fence was damaged at a business in an incident of criminal mischief, the windows and door lock of a white 2013 Ford E250 van were damaged by a burglar, and several cordless drills, three electric saws, an air compressor, six batteries, and two nail guns were stolen, totaling $2,260 in loss.

E. Broad Street, 3100 block: A black Under Armour backpack was found abandoned in the roadway and was picked up by police for safekeeping.

September 6

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for burglary of a building.

Callender Road, 2400 block: A white Samsung Galaxy II cell phone was stolen from a business, totaling $125 in loss.

Miriam, 2100 block: An individual was arrested for parole violation.

E Broad Street, 2700 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Three t-shirts, two pairs of pants, a pair of jeans, two cardigans, a blouse, a tunic, three pairs of shorts, a pair of slippers, two dresses and two 12-packs of Dr Pepper worth $344 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and two individuals were arrested for theft of property.

E. Broad Street, 900 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

September 7

Walnut Creek Drive, 700 block: An individual was arrested for aggravated assault against a public servant with a dangerous weapon.

S. Willow Street, 400 block: Two individuals were arrested for possession of marijuana, 2.430 grams of marijuana blunts and 11.980 grams of marijuana were seized, and a vehicle was impounded.

FM 157, 1700 block: A minor was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

E. Debbie Lane, 1500 block: Two wooden locker doors at a fitness center were damaged, and currency and a wedding ring were stolen from one locker, totaling $2,015 in loss, and a black and red Apple iPhone 5 cell phone and currency were stolen from another locker, totaling $1,650 in loss.

N. Holland Road, 900 block: The side window of a white 2007 GMC Yukon was damaged in an incident involving criminal mischief at a city park.

E. Broad Street, 1900 block: An individual was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Hydrocodone tablets and forged prescription papers were seized, and a vehicle was impounded.

N. U.S. 287, 2000 block: A pink wallet containing a Texas driver’s license, a Social Security card, an AARP card, a Costco card, a Sam’s Club card and two bank cards was stolen at a store in an incident involving credit card or debit card abuse.

Tyler Terrace, 1600 block: A gray 2005 Ford Escape was recklessly damaged, totaling $3,000 in loss, and a JVC car stereo worth $400 was stolen and recovered.

E. Broad Street, 2900 block: An individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

N. U.S. 287, 2000 block: An incident involving the possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication with alcohol was reported at a theater, prescription medications were seized and an individual was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

September 8

North Street, 600 block: An individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

FM 157, 1500 block: The bumper of a white 2002 Honda Civic was damaged while it was parked at a specialty store by a vehicle that did not stay at the scene, totaling $800 in loss.

U.S. 287, 1800 block: Pajama pants, a slice of cake, a reusable shopping bag, a Nerf toy accessory, a three-pack of dry erase markers, two Tech4kids snacks, a pair of shorts, five shirts and two pairs of pajamas worth $141.90 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

N. U.S. 287, 900 block: An individual was arrested for speeding.

Lone Star Road, 1900 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

Woodcrest Lane, 4200 block: An incident involving assault by contact was reported.

Heritage Parkway S., 500 block: A bat bag, three softball bats, two softball gloves, a pair of turf cleats, a wallet, vehicle keys, a driver’s license and a gas card were stolen from an individual at a bar, totaling $980 in loss.

Turtle Cove Drive, 2000 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

September 9

E. Kimball Street, 400 block: A gray 2010 Chevy Silverado was struck while parked at a single-family residence by a vehicle that did not stop, totaling $900 in loss.

FM 157, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol, and a vehicle was impounded.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for driving with an invalid license.

Oxford Drive, 1700 block: A boy’s Redline MX20 black and gray bicycle was stolen from a single-family residence, totaling $400 in loss.

Griffin Lane, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
