Theater Off the Square prepares for new, exciting show season

A new season is just around the corner and a busy one it will be.

Theater Off The Square has changed its production calendar to coincide with its fiscal year, January to December. So what does that mean? There will be more great theater to enjoy. A variety of show package options are available:

• 11-show package: Order this package by Sept. 22. Eleven shows for $132, including the musical, is quite the bargain. Season ticket holders are seated in the first two rows based on date of reservation for all 11 shows. The tickets can be used for evening or matinee performances or mix and match.

• 8-show package: This package starts in 2014 with Rex’s Exes and continues through A Tuna Christmas. Eight-show season ticket holders will be seated in the first two rows for this set of shows only. Price for 8 shows is $106 and will not be sold after Feb. 16.

• 3-show package: This mini season includes special seating only to the productions of Bus Stop, Bad Seed and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Price for the fall season of three shows is $39. Mini season tickets will not be sold past Sept. 22.

• Individual ticket prices for Friday and Saturday evenings will be $14 and $12 for seniors and students and matinee tickets will be $11. Tickets for the musical Nunsense will be $15.
