Police continue to search Tuesday for leads in a Sunday night drive-by shooting.

No one was injured in the incident, which was described as rare by Richland Hills police.

On Sunday, at about 10:30 p.m. someone shot into a house in the 3100 block of Ash Park, a news release states.

Investigators verified that four rounds were fired at the house — three struck the house and one struck an unoccupied car parked in front of the house, police said.

Investigators have identified a person of interest. Evidence indicates it is an isolated case, police said. There does not appear to be any connection to gangs.

Although the house was occupied during the shooting, no one was hurt, police said.

Anyone with information about the shooting is encouraged to contact Richland Hills Police at 817-616-3780 or Tarrant County Crime Stoppers at 817-469-TIPS.
