Because Secretary of State John Kerry has reinstated the four suspended State Department officials pertaining to the Benghazi investigation, we are once again reminded that the buck doesn’t stop anywhere in the Obama administration. (See: “Benghazi report clears all,” Aug. 21)

In fact, the four individuals in question were essentially given an eight-month paid vacation during the investigation before Kerry reinstated them Aug. 20. Meanwhile, the family of murdered Ambassador Chris Stevens is still waiting for an apology.

So far everyone involved in the Benghazi terrorist attack has come out well. Susan Rice landed a sweet new job as national security adviser and Hillary Clinton is expected to run for president in 2016.

If she does run, I hope voters will remember the motto on Harry Truman’s desk: “The buck stops here.” It will never see the light of day on Hillary’s desk.
