Jeers: To the folks who planned two CONCACAF Gold Cup soccer matches on the day of a Rangers home game. The freeways were gridlocked most of rush hour. My 45-minute commute turned into a two-hour nightmare. You can’t get that many people in and out of Arlington on a good day.
