A man was shot early Saturday after pulling a knife during an argument at a southwest Fort Worth apartment and later died in a local hospital, police said.

Forth Worth police were called at 1 a.m to the 6000 block of Ridgecrest Way.

The shooter was taken into custody to be interviewed by detectives but has not been arrested, said Cpl. Tracey Knight, a department spokesperson.

The victim’s name had not been released by the medical examiner by Saturday night.
