Owner Scott Wooley, a Granbury native who worked on the West Coast for more than a decade, says his taco truck built a loyal following as an alternative to typical taco diners. He plans to open in August.

Located at 2140 Hall-Johnson Road, the business will feature about 70 inside seats and 10 patio seats. It will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Wooley said he plans to open 20 locations in North Texas over the next four years.
