Perverse view of life

Of old it was said, “And now abides faith, hope, love, these three, but the greatest of these is love.”

The modern mantra says, “And now abides abortion, homosexuality, and pornography, these three, but the greatest of these is abortion.”

Indeed, abortion is the greatest evil. Why? Because it takes another person’s life. Love shows the greatest respect for a fellow human being; abortion, the greatest disrespect.

“But it isn’t human yet!” Spare me.

From conception, something begins to grow and develop. Leave it alone (i.e., don’t kill it), and behold, a baby is born. From a baby, a toddler is spawned. Then a teenager, etc. Why is the stage while developing in the womb different?

Oh — I know: “Out of sight, out of mind.”
