Cheers: To the Levitt Pavilion in Arlington for a fantastic July 3 concert by Atlanta Rhythm Section, and the best fireworks display I’ve seen in years. All free! Great job.

— Linda Carlow, Alvardo

Jeers: To the drivers who don’t use their blinkers when turning (changing lanes) especially on the interstate. It’s disrespectful, dangerous, unlawful and can cause road rage because you disrespected someone. Slow drivers, right lane on interstate.

— Morris Gordon, Fort Worth

Cheers: To healthcare professionals Sonya and Jeff, who saw my husband fall at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market on West Vickery Boulevard July 4. They helped quickly and provided first aid. Thanks to the gentleman who picked him up. We didn’t catch his name. We are grateful and believe that you are all God’s angels.

— Dottie and Hank Pletch, Fort Worth
