A man who had been missing since Thursday at Lake Grapevine was found by a boater Saturday, the day after another man who went under at the lake was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Another man drowned Friday at Eagle Mountain Lake, and a 7-year-old boy drowned Saturday evening at Joe Pool Lake at Cedar Hill State Park.

At Lake Grapevine, the 21-year-old man, who has not been identified, had been missing since Thursday and was believed to have gone under around Mustang Island. His disappearance was discovered when the party boat he was on returned to its dock at Silver Lake Marina.

Another 21-year-old man who was rushed from the lake Thursday to Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine died at 9:25 p.m. Friday, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s website. He was identified as Mardoni Alvarez of Dallas.

At Eagle Mountain Lake, Colin Austin, 44, died at 5:10 a.m. Friday. No other details were available about the death of Austin, who lived at the lake.

At Joe Pool Lake, Ivan Salinas, 7, of Mesquite was swimming with his mother before he went under water for five to 10 minutes. Grand Prairie police spokesman Lyle Gensler said bystanders performed CPR on the child before he was taken to Methodist Charlton Medical Center in Dallas, where he died.

He was not wearing a life jacket.
