FORT WORTH A driver was killed Friday afternoon when her car went through two fences in the Woodhaven area of northeast Fort Worth, police said.

The woman’s name was unavailable Friday evening. She appeared to be in her early 20s, police said.

The wreck was reported about 3 p.m. in the 6200 block of Boca Raton Boulevard. When officers arrived, they found the woman dead in the wreckage of a black four-door Acura, said officer Sharron Neal, a police spokeswoman.

Investigators learned that the car had been westbound on Boca Raton “at a high rate of speed” and that the driver lost control and crashed into the fences, Neal said.

No other information was available Friday evening.
