Cheers: To McKinzie BBQ on North Riverside Drive in Fort Worth for the best barbecue, which was catered for my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary. Jerry and staff went beyond the call of duty to make sure we had everything, and even threw in a little extra. Thank you.

— Sheila and Steven Christoph, Benbrook

Jeers: To drivers who continually run red lights on Main Street in Grapevine. Dangerous to pedestrians (tourists, children, elderly and infirm) at street crossings.

— Bruce W. Rider, Grapevine

Cheers: To the young gentleman at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Grocery store on Pioneer Parkway in Arlington on a recent Saturday, who caught up with me as I was exiting the store. He had my wallet, which I had left at the cashier stand. I cannot imagine the consequences had he not found it.

— Mimi Rowlette, Arlington
