It’s time to restock in the NBA again. The league will hold its annual draft at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. For the first time in more than a decade, the Dallas Mavericks have a lottery pick. Whether they keep it or not remains to be seen. Here’s a look at the lottery mock draft as compiled by staff writer Dwain Price.

Cleveland: Alex Len (Maryland, 7-1, C). A rim-protector who plays well with his back to the basket.

Orlando: Nerlens Noel (Kentucky, 6-10, PF/C). Can’t play until December because of a torn left anterior cruciate ligament.

Washington: Otto Porter (Georgetown, 6-9, SF). It’s a no-brainer for the Wizards since he’s a local kid who is extremely talented.

Charlotte: Ben McLemore (Kansas, 6-5, SG). He shoots like Ray Allen but experienced some poor pre-draft workouts.

Phoenix: Victor Oladipo (Indiana, 6-4, SG/SF). Strong defender must develop an outside game.

New Orleans: Anthony Bennett (UNLV, 6-8, SF/PF). A “tweener” with amazing talents regardless of position.

Sacramento: Trey Burke (Michigan, 6-1, PG). A heady playmaker who also is a solid scorer.

Detroit: C.J. McCollum (Lehigh, 6-3, PG/SG). He’s more of a shooter than a pure point guard.

Minnesota: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (Georgia, 6-6, SG). Brings a lot of athleticism to the table.

Portland: Cody Zeller (Indiana, 7-0, PF/C). Because of his skill sets, he could go much higher than 10th.

Philadelphia: Steven Adams (Pittsburgh, 7-0, C). Teams are banking on his upside carrying him through.

Oklahoma City: Lucas Nogueira (Brazil, 7-0, C/PF). He’s athletic but lacks an offensive punch and needs to beef up from his current 220 pounds.

Dallas: Michael Carter-Williams (Syracuse, 6-6, PG). A tall point guard whom the Mavericks might select if he’s available and they haven’t traded their pick.

Utah: Shabazz Muhammad (UCLA, 6-6, SF). Going into this past season he was expected to be the No. 1 overall pick in the draft.
