Two men were shot to death and a third man was seriously wounded early Sunday in a shooting at a street corner in northwest Fort Worth, police said.

The Tarrant County medical examiner office identified one victim as Richard Torres, 22 of Fort Worth, who died from gunshots in his head and neck.

Another 22-year-old victim, who died at a hospital shortly after he was found, had not been identified by Sunday afternoon.

A 23-year-old man remained in a local hospital Sunday.

Police got a call of a shooting about 3 a.m. Sunday in the 2700 block of Azle Avenue and the 2500 block of Kearney Avenue in a store parking lot.

They found that three men had been shot. All the victims were taken to local hospitals, where the two 22-year-old men died.

Police did not release any information on what may have prompted the shooting. No arrests have been made.

The case remains under investigation.
