May 23

Matlock Road, 3200 block: An individual was arrested for failure to use a seatbelt.

Buffalo, 200 block: An individual was arrested for unauthorized use of an automobile.

Welch Place, 2200 block: An incident involving the fraudulent use or possession of identifying information was reported.

Matlock Road, 2900 block: Beverages worth $37.94 were stolen from a grocery store.

Cardinal Road, 1500 block: The windows and windshield of a bronze 1983 Chevy Silverado in poor condition were vandalized, totaling $375 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 2000 block: An individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content above 0.15 and a vehicle was impounded.

May 24

S. U.S. 287, 2300 block: A minor was arrested for driving under the influence.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 1100 block: An individual was arrested for disregarding a barricade.

W. Debbie Lane, 500 block: An individual was arrested for a parole violation.

S. U.S. 287, 500 block: An incident involving tampering with identification numbers on personal property was reported.

N. U.S. 287, 1000 block: An individual was arrested for disregarding a red light.

FM 157, 3600 block: A white 2006 Ford F250 pickup was stolen at a hospital, totaling $20,000 in loss.

Bryan Court, 100 block: Currency was stolen from a single-family residence, totaling $400 in loss.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: An individual was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license plate.

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1700 block: The tires and body of a black 2010 Honda Accord were vandalized in a parking lot, totaling $1,600 in loss.

May 25

S. Walnut Creek Drive, 100 block: An individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.15 and a vehicle in fair condition was impounded.

N. Texas 360, 1200 block: An incident involving cruelty to non-livestock animals was reported.

N. Walnut Creek, 900 block: A white iPhone 4 was reported stolen at a store, totaling $250 in loss.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: Incidents involving possession of controlled substances and public intoxication with alcohol were reported, an individual was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, one gram of methamphetamine and five Xanax were seized into evidence and a vehicle was impounded at a gas station.

Heritage Parkway, 1100 block: An individual was arrested for bail jumping and failure to appear.

May 26

N. Texas 360, 300 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

Daylily Court, 4200 block: A black HTC MyTouch cell phone worth $40 was stolen from a single-family residence and returned.

Winterview Drive, 4900 block: An incident involving resisting arrest, search or transport was reported.

May 27

N. U.S. 287, 1000 block: An incident involving aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a firearm, was reported and an individual was arrested.

FM 157, 1200 block: An individual was arrested for speeding.

King’s Way Drive, 500 block: A burglar forcibly entered a single-family residence, and currency, two televisions, three pairs of Nike Air Jordan shoes, several components of Sony PS3 gaming systems and miscellaneous property were stolen, totaling $10,543 in loss.

E. Debbie Lane, 1500 block: A white iPhone 4S was reported stolen at a gym, totaling $500 in loss.

E. Broad Street, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with drugs.

May 28

N. Main Street, 1500 block: An individual was arrested for an incident involving assault by contact.

Watercrest Drive, 4100 block: 85 units of Techshield roof decking were stolen from a construction site, totaling $1,000 in loss.

W. Broad Street, 500 block: A blue and silver boy’s Mongoose bicycle was confiscated by police after it was found abandoned at a single-family residence.

Cedar Rock Court, 200 block: A wooden door was damaged by a burglar forcibly entering a single-family residence, totaling $500 in loss.

FM 157, 1900 block: An individual was arrested for not having a driver’s license.

Cannon Gate, 1500 block: A burglar unlawfully entered a singe-family residence.

Matlock Road, 2600 block: An individual was arrested for unlawful entry and burglary of a habitation.

E. Debbie Lane, 1400 block: An Apple iPhone 4 was stolen from a restaurant, totaling $200 in loss.

U.S. 287, 100 block: An individual was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Matlock Road, 2900 block: An individual was arrested for not having a valid driver’s license.

FM 1187, 1200 block: An incident involving tampering with identification numbers on personal property was reported.

N. Texas 360, 1400 block: A burglar forcibly entered an apartment and an Apple iPad, an Xbox 360 electronic TV gaming system, an Xbox controller, several Xbox video games, four pairs of Nike Air Jordan shoes and a gym bag were stolen, totaling $1669.93 in loss.

Turnberry Drive, 800 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

E. Broad Street, 2800 block: An Apple iPad was stolen at a hospital, totaling $585 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 2500 block: An individual was arrested for speeding.

Woodcrest Lane, 4500 block: An incident involving credit card or debit card abuse was reported at a convenience store.

Hillary Trail, 2500 block: An incident involving a terroristic threat was reported.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: A silver Dodge Durango was damaged while unattended in a parking lot, totaling $200 in loss.

W. Debbie Lane, 700 block: A white 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 parked at a restaurant was stolen and recovered, and a black utility trailer containing a riding lawn mower, a push lawn mower, a leaf blower and hand tools belonging to a lawn maintenance company were stolen, totaling $15,100 in loss.

Hollyberry Drive, 400 block: An individual was arrested for illegal dumping.

Glen Creek Drive, 1100 block: An individual was arrested for giving a false report to a police officer.

Pebble Beach Drive, 1000 block: An Apple iPhone 4S cell phone was stolen at a single-family residence, totaling $600 in loss.

Thousand Oaks Drive, 100 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

FM 917, 2700 block: An individual was arrested for assault by contact.

June 1

Ravenwood Drive, 1300 block: An incident involving aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a firearm, was reported.

FM 157, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

FM 917, 2700 block: An incident involving public intoxication by a minor with drugs was reported.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An incident involving aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury was reported.

Muirfield Drive, 1000 block: A black 2011 Toyota Camry was burglarized at a single-family residence, and a Vera Bradley wallet, a driver’s license and a passport were stolen, totaling $35 in loss.

W. Debbie Lane, 100 block: An individual was arrested at a specialty store for theft of property less than $50 with a previous conviction and possession of a controlled substance, and a second individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol, and red hair dye worth $2.97 was stolen and recovered, 1.20 grams of Xanax were seized and a vehicle in poor condition was released to another party.

FM 157, 1700 block: Two buildings at a construction site were forcibly entered and an electric arc welder and a temper machine were stolen, totaling $5,100.

N. U.S. 287, 900 block: Two packages of children’s Allegra and two packages of standard Allegra were stolen from a grocery store, totaling $68.46 in loss.

FM 157, 1900 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

June 2

N. U.S. 287, 700 block: An individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1700 block: An incident involving assault by contact was reported.

Kings Way, 1600 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for speeding in a school zone, and another individual was arrested for assault by contact.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 1100 block: Windows at a pharmacy were damaged and 10 cartons of Kool cigarettes were stolen, totaling $1,050.40 in loss.

N. Main Street, 100 block: An individual was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, 6.10 grams of crack cocaine were seized into evidence and a vehicle in good condition was impounded.

Matlock Road, 3000 block: The front bumper of a silver 2006 Toyota 4Runner was damaged in an act of criminal mischief, totaling $800 in loss.

E. Debbie Lane, 1400 block: An iPhone 4S was stolen from a restaurant totaling $550 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: A brown purse, several pairs of thong underwear, a pair of sandals, a dress and a bathing suit worth $164.94 were stolen from a retail store and recovered.

Heritage Parkway, 1100 block: An individual was arrested for not having a driver’s license.

June 3

St. Joseph Drive, 3000 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

N. Main Street, 1800 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.
