Savory to sweet, people’s palettes were pleased Thursday at the Taste of Parker County.The annual event, which took place at the Parker County Sheriff’s Posse Clubhouse, is a fundraiser for the Weatherford College Foundation.Food from several popular restaurants in and around Weatherford and Parker County, including Rosa’s Cafe, Taco Cabana, Starbucks, Golden Moon, The Wild Mushroom, Chicken Express and a host of others, was offered up in hopes of earning the attendees’ votes and claiming top billing in several categories.
