The bodies of a woman and her daughter were found at a home Sunday morning in what police called a double homicide during a domestic dispute.

A possible suspect was in custody Sunday afternoon.

Jennifer Krieger, 44, was discovered by police in her home, authorities said. The name of her teen-aged daughter was not released by police.

Officers responded to a call in the 1800 block of Sandra Lane shortly after 9 a.m. Sunday on a welfare check.

A family member called police after she arrived at the home and was unable to contact anyone. The doors were locked, and no one answered.

Based on information from family members, police forced their way into the home and found the mother and daughter.

A cause of death has not been determined, but authorities are investigating the deaths as homicides.

Police did not release the name of the possible suspect.

Authorities are continuing the investigation. No other information was available late Sunday.
