In recent years, the cry from voters seems to be to vote all incumbents out of office. This seems a radical detriment to good government. If the incumbents are doing their jobs above reproach, why should they be voted out?

In the upcoming Euless City Council election, we have two incumbents who should be reelected. Tim Stinneford and Linda Martin both have done exemplary jobs as City Council members. They have a good working relationship with fellow council members, mayor, city manager and all city officials. Their commitment has made Euless one of the most progressive city governments in Texas, and they deserve to be re-elected.
