Texas Health Resources has announced the creation of a philanthropic foundation that merges Texas Health Presbyterian Foundation and Texas Health Harris Methodist Foundation into a single organization with a regionwide focus. Texas Health Resources Foundation will be led by Jay McAuley, former president of Texas Health Presbyterian Foundation, who was appointed president of the new organization, and an 18-member board of community leaders. The Texas Health Foundation Board of Trustees members are: Phillip Moroneso, chairman; Brock Compton, vice chairman; Carrol Bennett Jr.; Barry Epstein; S. Finley Ewing III; Martha Fikes; Pat Hawkins; Bill Lamkin; Richard LeBlanc; Thomas Leiser; Chesleigh Lloyd; Phillip Norwood; Mary Poss; Matthew Reynolds; Brenda Ritz; Michael Romo; Lynny Sankary; and William Slicker.

Fort Worth-based Speed Fab-Crete, a general contracting firm, has appointed Randy Landers as its director of business development. Landers is responsible for leading and overseeing the development of business opportunities, as well as spearheading and implementing client and sales expansion strategies that will penetrate new markets and expand the firm's existing construction services portfolio.
