The 10th annual DFW East/West All-Star Basketball Game tips off at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Ellis Davis Field House in Dallas.
Dallas County leads the series 6-3.
Leading the Tarrant County team is Star-Telegram Super Team Player of the Year Leyton Hammonds of Richland, and Southern Univeristy signee Damontre McFarland of UIL state semifinalist Fort Worth Arlington Heights.
Past standouts who played in this game include former Dallas Maverick Sean Williams from Mansfield, an NBA first-round pick in 2007, and 2012-13 Cleveland Cavaliers player Donald Sloan of Seagoville and Texas A&M.
A dunk contest is planned before the game, and 3-point shooting contest at halftime. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students.
