Baltimore Ravens linebacker Rolando McClain is facing new charges in his north Alabama hometown.Decatur police say the 23-year-old McClain is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a disturbance at a park Sunday.Police haven’t released details, but McClain is free from jail after posting a $1,000 bond.McClain, a former first-round draft pick of the Oakland Raiders, has been arrested in Decatur three times since 2011.Briefly• Seahawks: S Kam Chancellor agreed to a four-year, $28 million contract extension. Carter, who actually was never officially charged, forfeited $1,000 in bail money.• Panthers: The Charlotte city council on Monday night unanimously approved an agreement in which the city will contribute $87 million toward improvements to Bank of America Stadium. The deal will keep the Panthers in the city at least six more years.
