Seattle's Best to open three drive-throughs in Tarrant County

Starbucks-owned Seattle's Best Coffee recently announced that it would open 15 Metroplex locations of its new drive-through-only concept coffee house, and we've learned that three will be in Tarrant County.

The company has selected sites at 8520 N. Beach St. and 7451 McCart Ave. in Fort Worth and at 951 SW Wilshire Blvd. in Burleson, in the outer parking lot of the Wal-Mart store.

Seattle's Best Coffee launched the new concept in Seattle last fall.

Telly Award for CQ Digital Media

Fort Worth's CQ Digital Media, a digital branding agency, won a Bronze Telly in the recent 34th Annual Telly Awards, the premier award honoring local, regional and cable TV commercials and programs, and video and film production.

CQ, headed by Chris Quinn, producer/director, won for its piece, The Freeman Exhibitor Experience, in the corporate image category.

The Tellys attracted nearly 11,000 entries from all 50 states and numerous countries.

Drink pass at Hawaiian Falls

Hawaiian Falls Waterparks will be offering a $19.99 drink pass that provides unlimited soft drinks for the 2013 season.

Hawaiian Falls recently announced a four-year partnership with Coca-Cola for its five North Texas water parks, including in Mansfield and Roanoke.

Beginning in May, only Coca-Cola beverages will be sold at all Hawaiian Falls food and beverage outlets. The pass is available online at www.hfalls.com.
