Support for Bob HillOver the past 17 years, many different mayors and city council members have served at Keller Town Hall. It’s safe to say they haven’t all been politically aligned and that they have had many differences of opinion. Yet, through it all, there has been at least one constant who has earned respect and support from them all. He’s Bob Hill, and he’s running for City Council.Bob was first appointed to the Keller Development Corporation (KDC) in 1996. Over the next 17 years, he was reappointed eight more times. That means no matter what the differences were among the council members who were serving at the time, they all saw Bob as someone they could count on and trust. That trust to help administer expenditures of the city's one-half cent sales tax revenue for park development put him in a position to affect the pocketbooks of everyone in Keller, and he has clearly done a great job.Over the years, I think Bob has shown himself to be a good friend to city leaders, the families that use our parks and the taxpayers who make it possible. That’s a tough balancing act, and his success indicates he’s exactly the kind of person we need on the Keller City Council. I plan to vote for him on May 11. Randy Leake, KellerSupporting Debbie BryanIt is with great enthusiasm that I am writing in support of Debbie Bryan for Keller City Council Place 1.Debbie is a devoted wife, mother, colleague and friend. She absolutely gives over and above to any endeavor she undertakes. She has been a long time citizen of Keller and is attuned to the needs of our community.Debbie cares deeply for the concerns of the "average everyday" citizen which compelled her to run for this position. In addition, Keller would benefit from a female's perspective and much needed representation on the council. Please join me in support of Debbie Bryan and Keller will be an even better place to live. Beth Morgan, KellerAnother vote of support for Debbie BryanI am writing in support of Debbie Bryan for Keller City Council. I believe that Debbie truly wants what is best for Keller and its citizens. Debbie has lived in Keller for 12 years and I have known her for six years. During these years, she has volunteered hundreds of hours to help many. Debbie reminds me of the “Energizer bunny” and is a “mover and shaker” and will listen carefully to you and get things done. I am very excited that Debbie is willing to volunteer to step up and serve in an official position to represent our city. Debbie will ensure everyone’s voice is heard as she believes the city belongs to all citizens. Very important to Debbie, and also important to me, are several issues:• Quality commercial development that will enhance the city budget and also add benefit for our citizens and those who pass through• Honest and ethical representation for the people of Keller• Proper city planning to ensure responsible and quality development• Well-planned, balanced, and transparent budget because the money belongs to the citizens• Keeping Keller a safe place by ensuring our fire fighters and police have the necessary equipment to protect our city in the most efficient manner. Please join me in supporting Debbie Bryan for Keller City Council.
