Once again, Bud Kennedy showed his hatred for the Tea Party by skewing facts and trying to link the Tea Party with killer Evan Spence Ebel. Kennedy stated that a Tea Party leader was a member of the Fascist Party. He was correct that James Ives did join the American Fascist Party to do research for a book, but Kennedy failed to mention Ives never participated in any of their activities.

The American Fascist Party was formed in 2001 in opposition to "Bush's foreign wars for oil."

It is time that journalists like Kennedy stop using half-truths to promote their agenda. If their agenda can't hold up to the full truth, maybe it isn't worth pushing.
