A 22-year-old man died Tuesday night at a Fort Worth hospital, two days after losing consciousness during a fight with a relative.

Terry Grisham, a spokesman with the Tarrant County sheriff's office, said police were called to the 900 block of Coneflower Trail Sunday afternoon by a woman reporting that her son and husband were fighting. The residence is east of U.S. 287, north of Saginaw, in unincorporated Tarrant County.

When deputies arrived, they found Boyd "Scott" Tobol unconscious. Tobol was taken to Texas Health Harris Hospital Fort Worth, where he was pronounced dead at 9:53 p.m. Tuesday.

The Tarrant County medical examiner's office has not yet ruled on Tobol's cause and manner of death.

Deputies arrested Carl Eugene Molsbee, 38, on suspicion of aggravated assault. He remained in the Tarrant County Jail Wednesday with bail set at $15,000.

Investigators are now investigating the case as a homicide, Grisham said.

"It's clearly a domestic dispute that turned physical and ultimately turned tragic," Grisham said.

Grisham said there is no evidence that weapons were used during the fight.
