The letter from Ermis B. Cliburn (See: "Puffs and huffs," Tuesday) compares smoking in the workplace to having a noisy dinner at Chuck E. Cheese's, stating that he can walk out of Chuck E. Cheese's when he is annoyed by the rat or the noisy children.

The difference is that the rat doesn't cause cancer. Going to Chuck E. Cheese's is a choice, but going to work is not.
