Interesting that our great minds in Washington continue to demand greater gas mileage from manufacturers of autos and then allow oil companies to increase prices on gasoline.

Now, those minds have determined that maybe the newer hybrid and electric autos are not contributing enough in gasoline tax, so they want those car owners to begin paying a usage tax for road use.
