First, a "firearm" with a gun lock or in a safe, isn't. Second, the only way to prevent psychos from acting out their killing urges is to identify them and lock them up before they can act. Of course, the politically correct liberal won't allow that, at least not in any way pre-emptive.
Actually, it's not attainable, as not every such killer has a lifelong history of being unstable.Just how will "overcoming the failures of the Nancy Lanzas of this country" (See: "Gun control," March 8) ever lead to "common-sense gun control"?
