KELLER -- A 34-year-old man accused of burglaries in Westlake and Flower Mound was in the Keller Jail on Thurdsay night with bail set at $3.6 million.

Justin Andrews of Waller County is a suspect in six Westlake burglaries in July and November and one in Flower Mound.

Additional charges are expected, police said.

On March 7, Keller police said, they linked Andrews to stolen property found during the search of a Houston home. They found jewelry and other items taken from homes in Westlake's gated communities of Vaquero and Glenwyck Farms and pieces connected to burglary cases in Flower Mound, Memorial City, Harris County and Las Vegas.

Westlake Mayor Laura Wheat said she was grateful to Keller police for identifying a key suspect.

"The loss that our residents experienced is tragic in terms of the many personal and valuable items stolen in these burglaries that can never be replaced," Wheat said. "I commend Lt. Brenda Slovak and her detective division for their hard work and persistence in their pursuit of justice for anyone involved in committing these crimes."

Westlake contracts with Keller police for law enforcement.
