i Jeers: To a local restaurant offering social media coupons. On a Saturday evening, 20-plus customers walked out after waiting over 10 minutes for a hostess who was overly busy because of lack of staffing. Coupon customers may keep you busy for a while, but poor service will alienate your customer base.

iJeers: To the Texas Rangers. There are too many premier games on Friday night. The greatest nights I enjoyed were the Friday night games with fireworks afterward. Sounds like the special $10 ticket/$10 parking is out for Fridays. Sad day to be a Rangers fan! So what's next? The $30 Boomstick hot dog?
