Every time I drive to Shreveport, I'm reminded what a viable city should look like -- high-rise buildings, downtown shopping and nice, clean streets.

Shreveport has a smaller population than Arlington, but it apparently has had wise leadership as compared to Arlington, which under Mayor Bob Cluck and his council has zero direction.

Arlington is composed of strip malls and little else.

How can you seek another term when you've done nothing to elevate our town to city status?

My councilperson is Lana Wolff. Her only claim to fame is Norwood Lane calming.

What a joke!
